Also, sometime our clients and their families at large face different challenges and at different time depending on the localities or any other reasons, that is why we do provide the 24/7 support to all our clients and this is to reduce the impacts caused by being idle for long-time .
Safety & Medication Reminder
Our Professional and Committed caregiver will tell you or your loved one that it is time to take a pill or a spoonful of medicine, this might include placing a pill on their tongue when they are unable to do so for themselves. This is through a professional Caregiver to make a safety Medication .
Mobility & Transfer Assessment
This is the three(3) preocess used to screen for problems related to balance, gait and transfer.During the assessment our client should use a cane, walker or wheelchair if she or he normally does so. Our professional caregiver will observe you or your loved one safety during ambulation using the Get up or Go test and during transfer in and out of bed, on and off the toilet .
Memory Care
This is a kind of specialized care for people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia we tpypically have the features that secure the environments of you and your loved one. We will also find the programs, activities, and events that are designed to help memeory care of you or of your loved one work on your cognitive abilities while also getting to enjoy passions and hobbies.
